Online Arbitration Instructions
     The CIETAC South China Sub-Commission builds this website to offer efficient and cost-effective services through which clients from around the world can file a case online conveniently. The parties shall be deemed to have agreed to transfer documents (arbitration documents, evidence and other documents, etc.) electronically whenever they have provided for online arbitration, either through filing a claim, responding or filing a counterclaim on this website, unless the arbitral tribunal decides otherwise. The date the parties submit arbitration documents, evidence and other documents on this website shall be deemed the same date they submit those documents to CIETAC South China Sub-Commission. The date the parties check or download arbitration documents, evidence and other documents on this website shall be deemed the same date they receive those documents from CIETAC South China Sub-Commission.
     Please keep your User ID and Password in a safe place in case of missing. You can use your user ID and password to log in and check the status of your case. Please ensure that both your email address and the respondent’s are correct and valid. The majority of the arbitral documents will be transferred through emails.
